In addition to running the Operations and Financial departments at Darwill, Brandon drives the organization’s people-focused strategy and vision and has touched every aspect of the business throughout his 25 years of service. Outside of work, you can find him in Colorado skiing, snowboarding, fishing, and trail running with his family. A once top-secret fun fact about Brandon is his nickname “Cakes.” You’ll have to bribe his family to get the backstory on that one, though!
For 30 years, Darwill has been in Troy’s blood. Today, he leads Darwill’s Marketing, Sales, and Business Development efforts, including strategic planning and investments for new business initiatives. The customer is always forefront of his vision, and sourcing new technologies and innovative solutions to improve results are of constant focus. Troy loves to help clients build their businesses and share the knowledge he has gained from his personal business experience. Aside from helping Darwill’s clients, Troy also has a passion for mentoring his employees and creating a prosperous work environment where people can learn and feel that their God-given gifts are contributing to others. Outside of Darwill, Troy’s passions lie in the outdoors and with people: fly fishing pristine rivers, running, walking to town, and having dinner with friends. A fun fact about Troy: he has completed 9 Ironman triathlons, which allows him to indulge in his love of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
Brother to Troy and Brandon, Jonathan grew up watching and learning from his father in all facets of the family business. In 2011, Jonathan started out by selling and managing accounts. Now with over 20 years of industry experience, he is the Vice President of Sales in our Colorado office. Jonathan is focused on continuous growth and expansion of the family business while also taking care of its employees.
A Darwill veteran of over 25 years, Mark helps guide the company’s strategic growth and innovation. He’s actively involved in several faith-based organizations and is passionate about developing leaders. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, always chasing that elusive perfect round.
Jon oversees Darwill’s sales and account management departments. When he’s not “crushing” it at work, finding Jon might be a challenge. He’s either fishing, gardening, cooking, building something, or hanging out with his wife and four children. A fun fact about Jon is that he enjoys volunteering his time for jail and prison ministry.
With 40 years of experience in the graphic arts business, Jim Antis has seen it all! For the last 23 years at Darwill, Jim has served in a variety of roles including Pressroom Manager, Director of Operations, General Manager, and now Vice President of Operations. With Certifications in Mail Systems Management and Postal Regulations, he’s the right guy to lead all of Darwill’s manufacturing operations. He has a degree in Machine Tool Technology from Triton College and has a love for the great outdoors.
Managing the financial aspects for Darwill for the past 13 years, Debbie oversees all the financial and accounting needs of our growing business. Debbie has been in the direct mail industry for 13 years (all at Darwill) and in manufacturing for over 25 years. Debbie and her team focus on working smarter to help our customers achieve success and have a great experience overall with Darwill. When she's not crunching numbers, she's watching her daughter play softball and spending time with her dogs. A fun fact about Debbie is that she enjoys riding her Harley Davidson with her family down the winding roads of southern Illinois.
Dong Bing is a seasoned data leader with nearly two decades of experience helping Fortune 500 companies harness the power of data to drive transformation and growth. At Darwill, he leads the Data Science & Engineering organization, unifying data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics into a single platform that empowers smarter, faster, and more consistent decision-making across the enterprise.
Before joining Darwill, Dong spent years in consulting, partnering with Fortune 500 organizations across healthcare, life sciences, retail, and financial services to modernize data platforms and operationalize AI. His expertise spans the full data lifecycle, from engineering and analytics to machine learning and generative AI, helping enterprises improve data quality, accelerate insights, and unlock measurable business value.
Dong holds a Master of Science in Predictive Modeling from Northwestern University, as well as an MBA and a Master of Information Systems Management. Outside of work, he enjoys Chicago’s vibrant food scene, traveling with his family, and staying at the forefront of emerging trends in data and AI.
Beth is the Vice President of Human Resources and has led HR at Darwill since 2013. She oversees all facets of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, corporate benefits, 401(k) administration, leadership development, and workplace safety. Beth is passionate about recruiting talented individuals who excel in their disciplines and fostering positive, lasting change across the organization.
In addition to her HR leadership, Beth brings a sharp eye for interior design. She has played a key role in shaping the look and feel of Darwill’s office spaces, guiding everything from layout design to the finishing décor details.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time with family and friends, tending to her garden, and appreciating the outdoors.
Gus started his career in the industry in June of 1993 and shortly after joined Darwill in 1998. Throughout his 25 years at Darwill, he has been a key figure in helping the company develop and utilize leading-edge technologies to help our customers execute complex communications. Gus leads Darwill’s technical teams (pre-press, data processing, and document composition) and is responsible for all technical facets of Darwill’s operations. He developed his passion for the graphics arts industry at Triton College in River Grove, Illinois.
As Vice President of Marketing, Kim leads Darwill’s Creative, Digital, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams. She drives strategy that connects data, technology, and storytelling to deliver measurable growth for clients across industries.
With nearly two decades in performance marketing, Kim has helped shape Darwill’s brand, product innovation, and go-to-market approach. She partners closely with Sales and Data Engineering to integrate analytics, creative execution, and digital performance — ensuring every campaign drives impact and measurable attribution.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time on the water with her husband and three kids, planning new adventures, and creating memories together.
Brooke leads Darwill’s Creative team, blending art direction, marketing strategy, and automation to produce high-performing omnichannel campaigns across various industries, including hearing care, healthcare, home services, education, finance, and nonprofits. With deep experience in direct-response design and a focus on efficiency, she partners with cross-functional teams to elevate creative quality, streamline workflows, and deliver exceptional results for clients.
Outside of work, Brooke finds inspiration outdoors, spends much of her time at the softball fields cheering, and volunteers with Girl Scouts, mentoring teens to explore their creativity, confidence, and leadership potential.
Brittany Van Dyke serves as Director of Customer Experience at Darwill, where she leads a growing team of Account Managers across multiple locations. She’s passionate about creating scalable processes that drive client success, enhance team collaboration, and strengthen cross-department alignment between Sales, Data, Creative, and Production.
With over a decade at Darwill, Brittany has played a key role in developing automation tools, onboarding frameworks, and client engagement strategies that elevate the overall customer experience.
Outside of work, you can find her on the golf course (still perfecting her short game), planning her next brunch outing, or relaxing with a good book.
Kathy has been in solution-oriented management for over 30 years and with Darwill for six years. Here at Darwill, she is responsible for the growth and support of our Account Manager team. Kathy’s group executes successful project management outcomes for our clients. A fun fact about Kathy is that she enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, and attending concerts or art fairs.
As the Director of Digital Services at Darwill, Kathleen brings over 14 years of experience in digital marketing. With a keen eye for innovation and a talent for delivering results, Kathleen leads the charge in crafting omnichannel marketing strategies and implementing impactful digital initiatives. Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys spending quality time with her daughters and husband, exploring the Fox River Trails with her dog, or diamond painting.
Tim began his career in the Graphics Arts industry in 1999 as an intern with a local web printer to support his degree in Engineering Technology (Graphic Design) and Management from Western Illinois University. In the 25 years since, he has built knowledge and expertise in the areas of production, scheduling, project/account management, client services, estimating, pricing, and purchasing. With Darwill, Tim is able to utilize his problem-solving skills and industry background to help keep things running smoothly while leading the estimating and procurement teams. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with family or traveling to, and exploring new destinations.
