Janice Van Dyke
Since taking the reins of the family business in 1993, Janice has helped to develop Darwill's successful team leadership management system. Janice's key roles in the company include facilitating employee-management communications and overseeing the direction and character of the business.
With a degree in Social Work and Psychology from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI, her business acumen has developed from the school of hard knocks. Janice has served on a variety of boards includng the Board of Trustees of Calvin College in Grand Rapids Michigan, the Women Business Development Center (WBDC), the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and the Committee of 200 (C200) - an invitation-only professional organization of women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. She is currently a member of The Chicago Network; the members, invitation only, are women leaders of Chicago businesses, professional, cultural, non-profit and educational committees.
Brandon Van Dyke
Brandon joined Darwill in 1997, but grew up working in all aspects of the family business. He now heads operations and the research and development of new company software and hardware. He is also a key player on the Management Team. Brandon attended Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI and graduated with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Social Sciences.
Troy Van Dyke
Troy oversees Darwill's marketing, sales and business development efforts, including strategic planning and investments for new business initiatives. In this role, he is also responsible for developing and delivering solutions for customers that leverage the Internet to streamline print process and improve B2B and B2C communications, in order to reduce costs, improve customer retention and accelerate customer acquisition. Troy is a key player on the Management Team and leads the company in its vision and direction for the future. Before assuming his current position, Troy held roles at Darwill in Estimating, Customer Service and Sales. Troy has a degree in Business Administration from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI.
Director of Sales
Mark joined Darwill as an Account Executive in 1995, initiating and growing major strategic relationships for Darwill including GMAC Real Estate, Calamos Investments and Shedd Aquarium, among others. In 2008, Mark took over leadership of Darwill’s business development group and in 2009, its entire sales team. With over 30 years of business to business sales experience, Mark provides Darwill’s talented sales team with strategic direction, coaching and support. Mark serves on the Management Team and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan.
Director of Strategic Accounts
Jon joined the leadership team in 2011 after 3 years of serving as a member of our Account Executive staff. Previously to joining Darwill in 2008, Jon started and owned a successful print and direct mail business in Bozeman, Montana called BDirect. During his 7 years as a small business owner, he developed the skills that were necessary to drive sales here at Darwill. Today Jon currently manages 6 National Account Executives and his team focuses on small business and lead generation strategies that are proven to increase our clients ROI.
Director of Customer Experience
Mark began his career with Darwill as an Account Executive in 1996, moving into his current role in 2009 to lead our Account Manager and Project Planning Teams. He brings his energy and passion for taking care of our customers and spreads that to our internal teams. If you ever come for a plant tour and don’t like the beverage choices offered, he’s the guy you have to talk to.
Debbie joined our team as Controller in September 2009. Prior to joining Darwill she served as Plant Controller for Hendrickson. She also served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of American Health Products Corporation (AHPC) from 2004 until 2007. She started with AHPC as Controller in 2000. Debbie received her BS degree in Accounting from DePaul University in 1990.
