At Darwill, we know that to be the best you’ve got to have the best; the best staff, the best strategy, and the best equipment. That’s why we’ve added the Oce ProStream Series to our repertoire. We will be the first business in the country to install this continuous feed ink jet, which boasts incredible print quality and unbeatable turnaround times.

A fully intelligent inkjet and inserting system. Enhance communications by printing high quality, variable, full-color text and images on envelopes to increase response. The Epic prints variable text and images in-line, allowing you to leverage client data and personalize your communications down to the single envelope. Maximum flexibility allows for rolls or cut sheet input. Campaigns see significant postage savings by handling varying sheet inserts customized per recipient in a single production run. A camera tracking technology throughout the fulfillment process ensures mail piece integrity. With 600dpi print heads and inline four color process variable inkjet, output is high quality and cost effective.
Here are just a few benefits of the EPIC system:
Capable of processing 50,000 pieces per hour, the high-speed, continuous web-fed inkjet printer provides full variable output and maximum color control throughout the run. Save on postage by consolidating content-varying campaigns into single production runs, and reduce your go-to-market lead time.
Darwill is growing! To meet our clients’ needs for additional capacity, we have added a second location in McCook, IL.
This new 60,000-square-foot facility doubles Darwill’s manufacturing capacity and is just fifteen minutes south of our headquarters in Hillside, IL.
Not only is there more room for our bindery and finishing departments, but it increases capacity for our warehouse and allows for on-site USPS mail verification.
One immediate benefit of the new facility that our clients will prosper from is our new inserting system. As part of the expansion, we purchased the Pitney Bowes EPIC Inserting and Finishing System, making us one of the few facilities in the country that can combine your four-color variable letters with four-color variable envelope printing capabilities.
