Troy oversees Darwill's marketing, sales and business development efforts, including strategic planning and investments for new business initiatives. In this role, he is also responsible for developing and delivering solutions for customers that leverage the Internet to streamline print process and improve B2B and B2C communications, in order to reduce costs, improve customer retention, and accelerate customer acquisition. Troy is a key player on the Management Team and leads the company in its vision and direction for the future.
Before assuming his current position, Troy held roles at Darwill in Estimating, Customer Service and Sales. Troy has degrees in Business Administration and Studio Arts from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI. |
