GMAC Home Services was looking for a partner that would improve the process their brokers and agents use when ordering marketing materials. There was also a need to improve inventory accounting; both for retail items and for the management of their corporate inventory. Darwill took an error-prone, paper-based inventory management and ordering method and converted it to a robust web-based tool.

The end result is a highly efficient online ordering experience for GMAC brokers and agents. The site processes retail and daily corporate transactions for 1200 offices and 25000 agents nationwide. Darwill manages all inventory and fulfillment, and provides live customer service and support for users. Because Darwill produces these printed materials, overall consistency and print quality were greatly improved as well.
