The American Dental Association has a very large distribution of printed material needing thousands of electronic media files ready for use at any given time. Without the means to control them efficiently, obtaining and distributing files where needed became a large burden on time and costs. Darwill organized and cataloged ADA's media and built a custom asset management solution, allowing users to efficiently access and manage any file they needed through any web browser.

To ensure ADA 's success with the system, Darwill developed and administered on-site comprehensive training for employees and outside creative staff on the functionality of the system.
