Darwill Creates New Member Kit for AMA
Darwill worked closely with the AMA to completely redesign the 2010 new member kit. The kit included a personalized member card, personalized letter to the member, personalized survey and closed faced addressed envelope. Darwill was able to enhance the image of the piece, while at the same time saving the AMA over $200,000 in print, fulfillment and mail costs.
Darwill Adds B&H Mailstar 500
The Bell & Howell Mailstar 500 is a fully intelligent inserting machine. The accumulator folder can read a bar code of various types on the first page that indicates how many pages to accumulate and fold. The folder can fold up to six 8.5 x 11 sheets to 6 x 10 or #10.
Darwill Adds HP Indigo 7000
In January 2010 Darwill added the HP Indigo 7000 to its Digital Printing arsenal. The HP Indigo 7000 prints at offset quality at speeds of 120 8.5 x 11 pages per minute. The HP 7000 is ideal for short run color projects, personalized direct mail and print on demand.
Darwill Adds 2 Xerox Nuvera 288's
Darwill nearly tripled its laser printing capacity by adding two of Xerox's fastest and highest quality sheet fed laser printers. The Xerox Nuvera prints at speeds up to 288 pages per minute. Darwill's laser printing department can now print up to 50,000 pages per hour and over 1 million impressions per day.

Darwill has added a new polybag and shrinkwrap machine by Preferred Packaging Group. The CM-20 is an extremely versatile machine representing the latest in high-speed sealing technology. The CM-20 is designed to produce strong quality seals on all shrink films for a wide variety of consumer and industrial products.
